Myntra.com — Missing Product & ### Customer Service | |
On 1 Aug around 12:50PM my order for Talisman earrings arrived. It came in a brown paper package. I opened it right away and found that the jewellery box was unwrapped from its bubble wrapping. And inside the box, the earrings were missing. I requested a call back from customer service right away. They called at 01:09PM and I vividly described to them stating that the earrings were missing from the box and that the package seemed to have been cut open from side with a razor and retaped again with Myntra logo tape. Shared the images on the Help Center chat link too. They registered my complaint and told me to wait till 4 Aug for resolving the issue. And yesterday surprise surprise, they informed that they found no fowl plays on their service from warehouse and logistics. So my complaint is denied and stated that the issue wouldn’t be entertained further. Wow Myntra! I didn’t know you guys send packages in tampered state and also dismiss customer’s grievances based on negation from few of your thousands undocumented workers! Way to go! Reading similar cases on consumer complaints proves that Myntra don’t give a ### about customers’s grievances. It’s like “Once delivered even if you get a block of brick, it’s no longer Myntra’s responsibility” The cost of the earrings is a price I have to pay NOT TO TRUST your brand again.
