I purchased a dress from Myntra on 21st April. The first transaction failed and it asked to try again. I did and money was debited twice from my account. The amount was 1055
I tried reaching tne customer care of Myntra but there is no way to contact them directly. The mail ID is also wrong.
I tried the chat option and I was told to wait for 42 hours as Myntra has not received the payment.
But I have all the transaction details with shows that money was transferred to Myntra twice.
For past 1 week I am try to contact them but there is no response from their side.
Please help and get my money refunded back to me.
