I had purchased a dress online but returned it on 23 march from myntra. They told that money will be refunded by 7-10 days. Its already been 20 days and they are not taking any actions. Even when i try to complain they will not connect the call. I never thought myntra will be like that really disappointed in their service. The necessary proofs (Screenshot) have been attached with this message.

Updated by Aaku22 I had returned the dress which was purchased online from myntra. As per the myntra rules money will be refunded by 7-10 days and its already been 20 days. the money hs not refunded yet and when I tried to complain they are not even connecting call. Very dissappointed with the service of myntra.
