Myntra.com — My Myntra Credits Expired

My myntra credits of about Rs 2811 expired without any prior notice by myntra on mail. Please extend my expire date so that I can redeem what's mine. I will be thankful to myntra customer care team.

Attched the snapshot of credits used and still remains to extend.

Please kindly help me in this context.
