On December 13th, I placed an order consisting of 5 products worth ₹4, 000, all of which were marked as delivered on the Myntra app. However, to my dismay, I never received the items.
I promptly raised a support request on December 14th, seeking clarification and assistance in resolving this issue. Unfortunately, despite my inquiry on December 18th for an update, the manager handling my case declined to provide any information, citing it as against your policy to disclose details about the investigation.
This lack of transparency is not only disconcerting but also leaves me in the dark about the status of my order. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, but as a customer, I expect timely and honest communication regarding the resolution process.
I urge you to prioritize this matter and provide me with a clear update on the investigation or take necessary steps to expedite the resolution. Your swift attention to this issue is crucial in restoring my faith in Myntra's customer service.
I appreciate your immediate action on this matter and look forward to a prompt resolution. I need immediate answer and resolution. Either give my money back or deliver my orders correctly.
