Myntra.com — my return put on hold and blocked my myntra account

I orered a kurta from myntra when i received it was factory damaged i place exchange request but they not exchanged this i called customer care 4 times but they were unable to resolve this problem then i decided to return it delivery boy pick item and after short time i received mail that my return is put on hold because it was damaged (As i said i recieved facotry damaged item) but they didn’t give any response after this and blocked my myntra account... It want my item exchanged or they give my refund back
