I have ordered women off-white cigarette Trouser. The size was not fit. So, I have returned the product. But later I got the status as "Return rejected because the quality check failed". But the day itself I have kept the product as Return status. I had only tried the dress once and all the tags are intact, and the team did not provided any other details. I refuse to believe that the product can be categorized as damaged/used. And even if done, nobody from their team can provide me the exact details and the reason they did it. I want proof of the same, which I know they don't have because the product is as it is. Even before they delivered the product back, I didn't even received the call from the delivery agent, that they were delivering this product back. They simply put the product at my door steps and went.
Also in addition to the refund and return, I would also like to escalate the inconvenience caused and unprofessionalism by the team. Was this information helpful? |
