Myntra.com — My return request has been put on hold

I ordered a dress with order I’d 116575945137626899801 from only for rs 2899. It arrived on 25th February but the size was small and so i placed a return request on 7th march but the pickup executive came next day and said that the product is used and it has stains. But there were no stains or smell. Tags were also intact and dress was in proper unused condition. Moreover the pickup executive registered online that the dress has some smell and so the quality check was failed but he didn’t said anything to me about the smell. I again filed a complaint on 8th march and i got a response on 11th march saying that the return is not possible. I haven’t used the dress. There’s is no smell or any stains on the dress. And I request myntra to re initiate the quality check and return request
