MYNTRA is very poor in customer care services. I am facing the same since 04 april 2023. Their product quality is very poor, small in sizez, poor fabric. Return request accepted by them since 4 april. NO PICK UP done till date. Online chat support is BOLT based, automatic response with 50 minutes waiting time for live support. Automatic disconnection on the chat platform after so much waiting. Also landline number mentioned is useless. Here also useless execuses are there. The so called champions are busy with other customers. Repeatation of the computerised voice call. After 15-20 odd minutes the call will be disconnected. Their grivences In-charge response is awaited even two more days have passed. OVERALL MENTAL HEADACHE, , , ,
