Myntra.com — myntra account suspended/locked | |
Hi, My myntra account with the user id [protected]@gmail.com, is suddenly they had suspended and locked, however without any reason or intimation they had suspended and if they had mentioned the reason like something went wrong i will accept, but i called to customer care people and they are saying no reason for this, this is strange and please take proper action on myntra on my issue, need an investigation for this issue as i had purchased very clearly every time and also not frequent buyer, if buying of products is untethical from myntra? My account is suspended without any reason I think Myntra have done a little mistake why my account sorry to say that I am sad for that please analyse my account
My myntra account with the user id [protected]@gmail.com, is suddenly they had suspended and locked, however without any reason or intimation they had suspended and if they had mentioned the reason like something went wrong i will accept, they had never mentioned that would suspend the account for so and so reason otherwise i would have never place big order from it.. now i have to return few things worth Rs. 12000 and i am unable to do so.. because i am not able to log into my account. i called to customer care people and they are saying no reason for this, this is strange and please take proper action on myntra on my issue, need an investigation for this issue as i had purchased very clearly every time and also i am a frequent buyer, i have not made any unethical activity also.. if buying of products is untethical from myntra?
