Myntra.com — Myntra Credit Cash Fraud | |||
I was a registered user of online shopping platform Myntra. I was having a myntra credit balance of Rs719 against a return order on 13/05/22, On 12/05/23, suddenly it became Zero. When i contacted the customer care no they said that it was valid for 1 year only . It was not any cashback/coupon amount. It was my cash money which i did not opt to return to my bank account, instead i believed in them and transferred it into my Myntra Crédit Cash account, They have cheated me by taking my hard earned money.
