I had some MyntraCredits that have been accumulated over the time since last year. Couple of months ago, I received emails from Myntra on my MyntraCredits stating below:
“We understand that you have not been able to shop on Myntra for some time now owing to COVID-19 related restrictions and utilize balance of your Myntra Credit. Keeping in mind current circumstances we are extending validity of your Myntra credit by 90 days. We expect to resume operations soon.”
With this communication, I was relaxed and planned to use credit during coming quarter. However my MyntraCredit still got expired on earlier date.
I raised an issue ticket for it on Myntra stating above case. They asked for screenshot of this communication. I shared all email communication and despite sending information over and over in 4 different issue tickets in addition to talking them on phone for a long time, there is no clear status on issue resolution. It seems they are ignoring the issue and I really do not know how to resolve this issue. This seems to be pure customer harassment where Myntra do not fulfill based on their communication, took my money and then high level of ignorance from their customer support.
For reference, I am also attaching the reference of the mail from Myntra to extend credit by 90 days and also reference to show that same credit still expired on earlier date.
Kindly help me in resolving this issue and also to get compensation for all the problems caused by this.
