Myntra.com — myntra credits to bank account

Myntra is forcing the customer to buy product only from there site, because they are not transferring myntra credits to bank account. Im not interested to buy again from myntra. I ordered a product which was delivered wrongly so i returned the product and they refunded me in myntra credit. But now i want to transfer my money to bank account and they are not returning money back. They are just forcing me to shop from myntra only. And im not happy with ordering from myntra and i don't want to order again. They are just exploiting rights

I have bought a product from myntra due to some issue i am returning it. but the delivery agent is not calling me and when i try to call them they are not picking up phone due to which i am not able to return the product .please help me.
