I have orders Adidas Women Woven Design Ultra Boost 22 Running Shoes with
Size: 5 of price Rs. 18999/-. It was delivered to me on 10th May. Since the fit is not correct for me, I have raised a return request on the same day. It was successfully picked up by delivery agent with all brand tags as intact on 11th May. Delivery agent wouldn’t pick up the product at first place if tags are missing.
But Myntra has put my return request on hold stating that tags are missing which is a false reason. When reached out to customer care they’ve confirmed that it is a false reason and they would resolve my issue before 13th May but I don’t have any response from them yet.
Please help me get this issue resolved asap. This has been a issue with Myntra many times.
