Myntra.com — Myntra faking order cancellation and harrasing customers

I ordered wahl men moser 1400 germany hair clipper on 6 august but they cancelled the order citing the technical issue on 9 august. The payment mode i used was myntra gift card now i cant buy that product from anywhere else as i cant get that money in my bank
