I ordered Dressbery women peep toes block heels and Dressbery velvet pointed toe pumps from Myntra. I prepaid for both these pairs.
Now on 5th March, they delivered only Dressbery velvet pointed toe pumps and the former shoe pair was missing in the packet.
Now when I have been chasing them either to send my order or to give the refund they are refusing it and saying that they cannot do anything in this regard as for missing item the customer has to lodge complaint within 72 hours. They are not even ready to investigate on this. When the product is not delivered to the customer how a customer will get to know that they have received the order. The customer is not free to be on Myntra App always to track the orders. It is the sole duty of the company to deliver the right product. Was this information helpful? |
