I have been a Myntra customer for over 10 years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.
I placed a ₹10, 000 prepaid order for shoes from Canada for my Nanaji in India.
Since I was ordering internationally, I couldn’t update the contact phone number. I tried cancelling the order multiple times to fix this, but Myntra did not allow cancellation.
The order was later marked as delivered, but neither my family nor I ever received it.
My Indian phone number was unreachable at the time, so it was impossible that I confirmed delivery.
Since this was an expensive product, an OTP was generated for delivery, but the delivery partner never called me to request it, making actual delivery impossible.
I raised complaints multiple times via Myntra’s customer support, but they closed my ticket, claiming I had confirmed receipt of the order — which is false.
I also sent emails to customer support, which were ignored and never responded to.
I posted about this publicly on Twitter, after which Myntra said they would “look into the incident.”
However, when I later called customer support for an update, they informed me that my claim had been declined, again with no explanation or proof of delivery (no OTP confirmation, signature, GPS, or photo).
