Myntra.com — myntra not refund my money.

This t-shirt returned due to sizes and not fitting my body. What's why i was returned it to myntra hub through speed post by myself. They (Myntra customer care) said to me after received your t-shirt we will initiated your refund date is 29 june 2019 and they also told me wait for 7-10 day. These days also gone but still i am not getting my money so, again i was called to customer care they suggest to me wait up to 7-10 days more and contact bank support team with a referance no. They gave a bank referance number is ixgapkjco0. Bank cant help me with myntra referance number they told me contact myntra customer care... After 6 to 8 times called they told me same story in previous i was face even there supervisor also said same story. There was no solution, now i am hopeless to get my money.. Please help me, and give me the right solution.
