[Resolved] Myntra.com — Myntra refusing to exchange order - Scamming me | |
I ordered a pair of shoes, and upon receiving immediately found that the size is larger. While placing the order I saw that it has return and exchange process available. I requested for an exchange immediately through the mobile app. The shoe wasn't used at all, we just tried it once on our marble tiled floor and placed it inside the box provided as it was large. Now this collection guy comes to receive the product for exchange and says it has a very minor stain at the back of one of the shoes. It surprises me as in broad daylight it doesn't look like a stain to me at all. This guy asked me if I had used the shoe outside. I explained him the same stating the shoe wasn't used more than 10 seconds before it was back to the box. He suggested me to report through the app that the product was delivered with a stain. Though it didn't make sense I did the same. Now for the past week, I have raised multiple tickets and spent hours on phone stating it has a damage/stain. Within hours they close the ticket claiming it's resolved as their investigation indicates the product was delivered in a fair condition. This frustrates me a lot, and they didn't even mind calling me to discuss about this or even ask for the product photo from me. Are these guys running a scam? One guy comes and looks at the product and says it's statined and there is these whole scamsters from the back end team claiming it's not without even contacting the customer. I have attached photos of the product taken now couple of minutes back. Can someone from Myntra tell me if this product looks stained? If yes or no, then it seems like your collection executive and your backend are not in the same page and contradict each other. I have wasted a large amount of time speaking with the customer care, raising and following up on tickets, writing complaints. I don't how many more customers are being treated the same way and don't know when I will get a resolution without these guys sucking my blood and money. Mar 13, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Got a call back from 2 people claiming to be supervisors and the final guy informed that he'll approve the exchange. Though this resolves my issue, he wasn't able to answer my question, what if the same issue happens with someone else? Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
