Myntra.com — Myntra unable to pick up Roadster Jeans

Hello sir
i had color issue with roadster jeans purchased from mytra
but some reason i lossed price tag of jeans but it found in home after i searched but mytra declined my return request
its very bad experience with mytra
please solve my issue.
