Myntra.com — myntra's ill behavior towards customers concern | |||
Hello there, This is a complaint regarding myntra's unresponsive behavior towards customer's concern. I had ordered a product in a sale from Myntra, at first I have received a damaged product then I requested for an exchange of this product. The wishmaster refused to take my product back snd he asked me to call customer care, I did the same and I got the assurity that It will get exchanged on phone call but they have placed a "return" request for the product. I have mailed the customer care executive regarding this again but didn't received any mail or call. At last I had returned the product because I had left with no other option and the day I returned the order received the reply with fake apologies and saying that since you have returned the product so thry can't do anything. I have received my refund money but the time and hope I lost for this couldn't be repayed.I request you to take a necessary action against this so that no other consumer should get to suffer .
