My name is richa kalyani. I have ordered four pair of jeans from myntra few days back under order id#123964981853619535001. Four of the pair of jeans were from roadster brand two pairs of size 32 and two were of size 26. I received the parcel on 28 june 2023. I had already made the payment before receiving the parcel. When i opened the parcel there were only three pair of jeans inside the package and one roadster jeans of size 32 worth rs. 254 was missing. So i filed a complaint to myntra customer care executive and i was assured for proper redressal in 3 days. 3 days later i receive an email stating that my claim has been denied because i have not informed them within 72 hours and that i will not get any refund. I told them of my problem that i was out of town for few days and i tried to inform them as soon as possible but everytime i tried their app was either crashing or no one for their customer care team was attending my call and chat was always showing busy.
I want either missing item to be delivered or refund for the product amount because i have paid for the item and i am not going to suffer because of anyone else's negligence. Myntra really need to work on their policies. I am also attaching the images of the products i ordered along with the invoice. Please do the needful.
