After I cancelled the order due to delay in shipping, I was informed that refund was done for my order (Order ID # 1238265 [protected]) on 11 June 2023 and 12 June 2023 (individually for 2 products in the order).
But on the order page, the bank reference number was not there unlike previous refunds. After contacting them, they said me to stay assured, I will get the refund in 10 days. It was first time Myntra was dealing the issue at hand very carelessly. After repeated communication I was informed that the issue will be sorted and i will be given bank reference number by 06 July, but no, the customer care peoples only copy pasting random replies (bearing the same repeatitive lines & language). Since 45 days, they just replying but no action has not been taken.
Meanwhile, i contact my bank and they say no refunds have been received from the said transaction.
After an aggressive communication with one agent, I was given a fake refund bank reference number. Imagine a billionare company like myntra doing this!
I tag them on twitter etc. But same sophisticated replies and nothing else they are doing. Was this information helpful? |
