I requested for a size exchange for a product, what was delivered to me was a different product. I complaint about the same and exchanged for the right product the 2nd time. At the time of delivery, the agent said that he cannot provide me with the product as its different. He was not notified about the same.. and this is going on from a month now.
Very poor service. Everytime I lodge a complaint it gets closed without any solution.
I'm still waiting for a reply from them about the product. There is still no solution from the company's side. Very poor service. Was this information helpful? |
