Myntra.com — no updates on refunds and orders

I've not been receiving any updates from myntra lately about tracking any order or refund status. I had applied for return of order number 32459572 and the return has already been picked up but i didn't receive any refund yet and the website says the details have been sent to my email but i haven't received any email regarding the refund. Moreover, i tried calling their customer care number multiple times but the no. Isn't working. I'm hoping for a speedy action to my problem.
