Ordered online from myntra on 3rd of nov 2019 and myntra's courier partner ecom express did not deliver the courier till date and pathetic customer care service by ecom express and myntra! The consignment was sent by myntra using their partner courier ecom express. Myntra never took responsibility on tracking the below courier and advised us to deal with their courier partner ecom express directly.

Courier with tracking number [protected] is not delivered to me till date. I got a mail from myntra on nov 7th 2019 that my order has been delivered but i didn’t receive the order. When i called myntra, they provided me with the tracking number and asked me to contact ecom express. They refused to take a complaint and told me that they will not accept the compliant as i'm calling after 5 days (I called them on 7th day) of receiving the order confirmation email. They refused to accept that it's their responsibility to check with their courier partner ecom express. So, i called the ecom express customer care and raised a complaint on this. Later i called them several times till date and every time i call them they say that their team is looking into the issue and they will give me an update within 24 to 48 hours which never happened. Sometimes they place my call on hold for a very long time and they even cut my call in between. It is very pathetic experience with both myntra and ecom express customer service. I even spoke to their next level managers but of no use. I told them to refund my amount if they cannot resolve the issue but they didn’t do that as well.
In one line, these people are very unprofessional.
I believe that this item has been stolen by the courier staff or misplaced and hiding the truth.
Under the consumer rights act, online retailers are responsible for all goods until you receive them. Myntra should own the responsibility of my missing order and should refund my money.
