Myntra.com — non-delivery of order number[protected]-6746801

I have ordered 6 kurtas, but they are not delivered. Agent is Style Delivery agent([protected]). Got a message from myntra on 23rd December, 2019 that the order is delivered. But I have not received the product. Everytime I order on Myntra, delivery agent used to get a cal if I am not at home, regarding where to deliver. But this time, I didn't. No body cal me regarding delivery. So I taught it will deliver soon. But after one week also, I didn't get the delivery. So I raised a complaint @ [protected]. But they are not able to register my complaint. Everytime I order, i used to get the delivery. So i have waited that someone will come and deliver this time too. I don't know that there is a timeline of 5 days. Had I been known before, I would not have waited to register a complaint.

Now I want my order or money back. I can't loose my money simply because I have not raised a complaint within 5 days.
