I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustation with Myntra's service, specifically regarding the cancellation of my orders without prior notice. Unfortunately, this is the second time I have experinced this issue within 35 days.
Order Details:
Order Number - #129307714006552736103 and order dated 30th January 2025
Order Date - 5th March 2025 and 30th January 2025
Items Ordered - Mango Suede Shopper Tote Bag and Freakins Straight fit high rise cotton jeans
On 6th March 2025, the app stated that my order has been cancelled due to "unforeseen circumstances". However, I was not provided with any prior intimations for the cancellation. Infact my order was already shipped and was in transit at their Bijwasan warehouse (Delhi) when it was cancelled. This lack of communication is not acceptable, specially when it was a prepaid and confirmed order which was supposed to get delieverd by 8th March 2025. Infact it was cancelled the very next dat without making any re-attempts for delivery.
To add to my frusttaion, when I reached out to the customer care multiple times, they provided me with standard response and a statement that they cannot do anything about it. The lack of response is appalling and indicates a clear disregard for customer satisfaction. In fact, their customer care asked me to re-order the product at higher prices or wait for the next sales because they cannot fulfill my order. I understand that the reduced prices are a bait to customers and then they cancel orders and ask customers to get at higher rates (as this has happened for the second time). And in case their platform had some technical issues the previous time then why was not it fixed in 35 days and till the next sales?
