Myntra.com — non issuance of refund even 10 days after successful pick-up (return order: [protected]) | |||
Dear sir/ madam, I had returned an item bought on myntra.com for which i was to receive a refund of "rs 2, 149.27" The return order number: "[protected]" My item was successfully picked up by myntra on july 25, 2019 and i received a message from them on july 26, 2019 confirming the pick up. On july 27, 2019 myntra sent me a message saying that the amount of rs 2, 149.27 would be refunded in my bank a/c (Registered with them) But after sometime they send me a message saying that the refund could not be processed. Since then i have been calling them everyday but everytime i am asked to wait for 24-48 hours. It has been 10 days but i have not received my money yet. Request your good self to please help me receive my refund from myntra at the earliest. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||

I have ordered product twice and always i get a partial product. I have been complaining but towards failure. They seems to be taking it for granted. no refund no update. Just creating blunders. Im asking for refund that also is not done. It was a gift for someone i have been chasing them so many times.
