I have received a roadster white canvas from myntra on january 22, 2023 at 4:24 pm. I opened the product and the shoes were dirty and old, seemed like a used one. I immediately placed the return request at january 22, 2023 at 4:35 pm and on return reason i mentioned the product looked old and dirty as well in myntra website. The very next day, a delivery person from myntra came to collect the product and he told the product looks dirty, so he will not take the product and he asked me to talk to the customer and get the product return pre-approved. I immediately got mail that the product return is on-hold as it failed the quality check. The next day i raised ticket in myntra for the same and asked them for approval. They rejected the return saying the product was from fresh batch and i did the damage. I was devastated and contacted myntra and told them how i could have used and damaged the product in 10 minutes. They told they will raise another ticket and will be looked at high priority. Within half an hour i have again got update in app that the return is rejected. They are trying to cheat customers in this way. This white canvas which is old costs me 1499 rupees. It's hard earned money, myntra can't treat customers like this.
Please help me with this.
