Myntra.com — not accepting return of defective product | |||
I had ordered a raymond's blanket from myntra.com. On opening the outer packaging i found out the inner packaging zip was broken and there were stains on the blanket. I placed a return request immediately but nobody came to pick it within the promised time. So i again placed return request and again nobody came. After another couple of return requests a myntra representative came to pick it but declined to accept it giving reason that the packaging was damaged and that there were stains on the blanket. So i contacted myntra.com again and to my shock i was told that return will not be accepted because they were sure that a fresh product was sent. Now i'm stuck with a damaged product. This is nothing but cheating of highest level. Really disappointed with myntra.com Was this information helpful? | |||

And now when i have raised return request for the same including one more product 5 days back, but no update regarding the return till now.
Very poor service by myntra this time.
I want full refund for the wrong product delivered to me.
