I had ordered a top from Myntra. When I received the product, I found that it was damaged ( torn and dirty at several places).
I immediately placed a return request stating the issue of the product being damaged. The pickup boy from Myntra refused to accept the return and asked me to call the customer care regarding the issue. I called their customer care several times but they were not ready to accept their fault of sending me the damaged product instead blame me for using and returning the product. Nevertheless, after several calls they picked up the order from my place. But the return request status showed ON HOLD for 15 days. No response, no refund. I called them several times and their customer care executive always told me to wait for 7 days. When my patience and tolerance gave in, I called the customer care again, to which they replied that my return request has been declined and that the product did not pass the quality check, the product will be reshipped back to me.
I want my complete refund of RS 1047, along with RS 35 Myntra credit. It was not my fault. It was a fault at Myntra's send but they are not ready to accept it. It has been 20 days. I have been a loyal customer of Myntra since 6 years and I don't have so much of free time to use the product and return it back stating it's damaged. Myntra is definitely scamming customers to cover their losses during the pandemic. Why was the product not quality checked before I received it for the first time? Why should I pay the cost of someone else's mistake? Stop fooling customers.
I request that my complaint should be solved at the earliest. I WANT MY REFUND ASAP.

Unfortunately my friend received a defect piece. So, on the same day I raised the replacement request and the id is "[protected]-9041503".
On Myntra app there is an option as "Received wrong / defect product ", I choose it and selected "Defected product delivered". Then I got option for refund or exchange and I choose exchange.
The refund agent came on 15th and collected the defective piece. Then I received an email as refund initiated. But my original request was for exchange.
I called customer care to mention my issue 2 times but every time they disconnected my call to saying you have to make a fresh order.
Now, kindly you tell me when I placed the order the price was RS 1333 but now it is RS 1420 . Now there is a difference of RS 87. Please let me know who should bear the difference amount?
I want the exchange and you put it on refund without notifying me, however I have not received the refund amount till date.
It is very frustrating to me. Also tell me how will be my position in front of my friend?
I request you to understand my situation and exchange my product or make available in the same price of the product for me.
I hope I will get a professional service from Myntra to resolve my case.
