Order placed on 24th july delivered on 1st aug
We did not like the final product. When we tried to return it on mobile app, there was no option for return/refund on mobile app. When talked with customer care, got this response "since you had used point system and agreed to a pop up, so return option will not come". I talked to customer care multiple times but always same answer. Point system is a reward, not a forced system. It never happens that using point system and a pop up, return option will not be visible.
I want to return and get refund. I want that return option should be visible on app. Was this information helpful? |
