So recently I purchased a white shirt of havard brand from myntra. On receiving the product, I didnt like the material and the size so I returned it. And the so I returned it to the person sent by myntra to pick the order on 23 may 2023.
But then they gave a notification that the product return is put on hold as the product didn't pass the quality check due to the tag is missing, which is not true.
I have seen the tag when I returned it to the product. There were two tags. If there were any more tags, then I don't know because when I have received the product there were only two tags which was there when I returned the product. That means they already gave me a defective product. And now they are not giving my money back.
This way they are duping innocent customers through such unethical schemes.
