Myntra.com — Not getting the gift card with the item even gift charge was paid at the time of order

Dear Sir/Ma'am
i had ordered an item from myntra on 24th june 2017 which was Zaveri Pearls Gold-Plated Jewellery Set Package Number: [protected]
Order Number:[protected]-3432703 with the gift card. The item has been delivered on 3rd july 2017 but there was no gift card with the item and gift charges was taken from me at the time of order. I have left hope from Myntra about this matter because i have complained earlier at their customer service but they are not serious about this matter.This order was my first order from Myntra but may be my first and last order from myntra. i had lost my trust in Myntra.
So please take possible action against Myntra.
enclosures -1) the screenshot of gmail which was sent by myntra, shows the proof of gift charges of the gift card.
2) the photo of invoice in which other charges shows the charges of gift card.
