Myntra.com — not getting the myntra credit balance in my account

Hi, i ordered a shoe on 9th jan 2020 for rs 625 (Kook n keech
Men white printed sneakers) which i cancelled within couple of hours as i changed my mind to buy something different. The order was not even shipped.
As mantra endorses to use mantra credit as the refund is faster but in my case i can see that i have not got any refund yet till date. My actual balance should be rs 1000 but it stands still at rs 375. I have been following up with mantra since the day of cancellation of order but they have been only stating that there is some technical glitch and requesting me to wait 24 hours but to my luck, i have seen changes in my balance. Post calling mantra 20 times and not getting help, i request consumer forum to help with a solution to this issue.
