I'm facing persistent delays from Myntra in pickup of my 2 orders despite numerous attempts to coordinate via customer service.

Everytime i reach out to CS they push my pickup to nxt week and keep giving me false reassurances and ask me to wait for 24-48hrs every time I call.
They will also close the ticket issue at help centre marking issue as resolved.
Pickup for my orders was slated between 7-10th Oct. However, it's been more than 15 days, with 5+ reschedules. Now nxt date is set for 7th Nov (exactly after a month). Why the extensive delay for return from a city like Pune? Why is it so hard to pick up my order when Ekart logistics partner passes my house every hour? It's incredibly frustrating & disregard of my time & patience.
They're not even Refunding when they can't pick up my order. It's become painfully evident that @MyntraSupport hasn't done anything substantial about my complaint & it seems unlikely they will in the future. I'm just tired of the same automated human & AI responses. Was this information helpful? |
