Had requested for return of product on 19th of September and product was picked up by e-kart delivery boy but this was not updated in Myntra app. I had already returned it on 19th itself but in app it was showing delivered. Myntra mentioned as product quality issue and refused my refund. I called myntra several times but even after that I didn't even receive my product nor my refund .If I call Myntra customer care everyday they are saying I will receive update by 24-48 hours but it's been 6 days there is no update till now .I want my money back please solve this issue in priority.
