Myntra.com — not receiving otp through myntra credits

Since july 2039, i’ve been trying to claim the myntra credits of rs 2000/-. The otp is not getting generated neither to my registered mobile phone nor to my registered email account. I’ve raised several queries with the myntra customer care executives but they don’t have the right solution. They are simply buying time and postponing my issue.

My registered mobile phone is 9986*405. However, the screen on the myntra website displays as +91-09986*405. Hence, the otp is not getting generated. The code needs to be fixed from the myntra side. However they’re just providing me lame solutions and postponing the issue.

Kindly fix the issue at the earliest.
