Myntra.com — Not refunding me for a wrong received item

i have ordered this product and received the wrong one i raised complaint by calling customer care executive and they verified the wrong received product and arranged pickup for me but logistic person didnt came and tried to contact me but update fake unsuccessful pickup i again call to helpline no and raised complaint for they same the team supervisor assured me that the product will get picked up within 24 to 48 hr and they will issue me refund as they varified the wrong received item but i got no solution and my account got terminated after that without any prior information now my money got stuck plz help me
