Myntra.com — Not refunding the amount.

Sir i have purchased nike air max bag and flipside women flip flops from myntra.com. The order ID for the products is 77216322. Due to some issues of quality of products i decided to return them. and return Id for NIKE air max bag is 4385654 and for flip fops is 4385658. I have send both the products in a single package from DTDC courier service, Mathura. Now the problem is that they have returned the amount of flip flops but not of NIKE air max bag yet. so kindly do me a favour regarding this.
