[Resolved] Myntra.com — Oder[protected] delivered damaged with big security tag. [Incident:[protected]] | |||
With reference to the above mentioned Incident, and the solution suggested by your customer care executive, I have put a return request for my order, which was delivered damaged with a security tag. The Pick up boy who came to pick up the order, is not ready to pick it up, because he want a mail from the myntra customer care to be sent to the dwarka hub, for picking up the order, I am completely confused what I need to do further regarding this issue. I have been a regular customer of myntra, but never faced such a problem, request you to kindly help. Was this information helpful? | |||
