Wrong product was delivered to me and when complained, people tell that right product was shipped. I have the packaging of the wrong product.
The right product was a jacket, which can not fit in a hand sized sealed bag. When the delivery agent was told the same, he told to take it up with Myntra only. His work was only to deliver. When I opened the envelop, in which jacket should have been there, there was a tagless, dirty white shirt. When complained to Myntra, they said that they will approve it to pickup. And they did. The delivery guy came and said that it was not approved on their end to pickup the wrong product. How am I supposed to give jacket when I received a shirt?
The delivery guy even took it for 20 days and when asked where the refund is, he redelivered it.
Why should the customer face problem when the problem is clearly within the delivery process? Was this information helpful? |
