I had ordered for a jack & jones t-shirt and a shirt during their annual myntra eors 2018 sale. When the product was ordered it was in stock. The order was made on 21st dec, 2018. I received a message one week later regarding a delay for those 2 particular products. On 1st jan when i checked on the myntra app, to my surprise i see that these 2 products were cancelled without my permission and the money was refunded to my account silently.

Updated by Ninad Aundhkar I wanted the product to be delivered on the previously mentioned date since I wanted them for a specific occasion. Now because of this it will be delayed even if they try to ship it now. I want them to be delivered to me at free of cost (as a penalty).

I have orderd 1 products in very low price but myntra cancelled all the products giving a message order cancelled due to internal problem. I have orderd the product at very low price and now the product is 10 time more price.

My order has been cancelled by Myntra twice in two days and they are giving it a reason of technical issue and now the prices of products have shoot up so high that I have to pay twice of money as earlier I was paying. What a shame on you Myntra you are making your customer fool by doing these unfair practices of cancelling the order and charging huge money for the same product.

It really disappointed to be customer of these companies.

The same thing happened with me i had ordered 1 product in a sale and after few days when it is supposed to diliver i am getting "Cancelled:Due to an internal issue, we had to cancel your Item"
This is highly unethical of the myntra team. If you dnt want customer to buy stuff when it is a sale or at low price then stop giving adds saying "its a sale".
I am very disappointed in the app.

Same thing happened with me. Ordered a jacket in sale and now they have automatically cancelled my order with no prior intimation. When i see now, the product is 10 times costlier. What a shame Myntra!
