Myntra.com — order delivered but not received - myntra

Hello team, i have ordered 5 blazers from myntra. Out of 5 only 4 products were delivered on 6 oct, 2019. I was out of town and wasn't able to check the package. When i came home and saw, there were only 4 products inside it. When i am contacting myntra, they are informing me that they cannot do anything as it's post 48 hours. How one earth any person who is out of town can check the package on the same delivered day! I want myntra to refund my amount as soon as possible. Consumer forum please help me with this.

Hello Team, on 14 Oct, 2019 around 4:15 PM i have received a call from one of the Myntra's case manager and as per the conversation case manager promised to refund the Missing order amount, however haven't refunded anything yet. When talking to Myntra they are again asking me to wait and not providing refund. Please help!

Please find the conversation thread from Myntra on Twitter : https://twitter.com/ShabSparkle Myntra guys asked me to wait for 72 hours so that they can send a delivery agent for physical verification of the product, however, they didn't sent anyone and now they are again asking me to wait for 48 hours for the same resolution. When I spoke to one of the Myntra's supervisor named sree, she spoke very rudely and disconnected the call without informing me. When I requested Myntra to give me a call, they just gave a missed call and sent an email asking me to wait for 48 hours. I am very much worried now for my money. I request consumer forum to please help me in getting my refund. I request consumer forum to help me with this.

Today on 15 Oct, 2019 I have contacted Myntra more than 5 times and 2 supervisors named Sree and Deepika disconnected my call without providing with any resolution. I spoke to another case manager named "Megha" (I have call recording) told me that the case has just been escalated properly and all these days it wasn't escalated ( I was told that it has been escalated on 12 Oct, 2019 by case manager Savitha and another 2 guys). Also, Megha has informed me that in past 72 hours, they didn't get any reply from their logistics team about my package and she don't know if they will reply or not, but I have to wait for their reply which might take unknown time. And without logistics team confirmation they can't do anything. She told me that no one can actually do anything and I have to wait, till i get reply from logistics team who haven't bothered to reply in the past 72 hours, i.e, . from 12 Oct, 2019, 11 AM. If you guys want call recording, I have it, please send me am email so that I could forward it to you guys. I request this forum to help me in getting my money back, blazer was of 3000 rupees. Please help me.
