I have got message as your order is out of delivery, yesterday so i got a call mistakenly i haven't received that so i called back him the delivery boy said he is out of that area. So he will bring that parcel tomorrow. Today 7 dec 2017 i again got the message about my order. So from morning i am trying to contact him but his number is not reachable. I want that product. I don't know what to do. Can someone forward this to myntra so that they know how their delivery service is bad. I was waiting for this product from last 6 days. Below is attached message and the number of delivery boy. Out for delivery: your order for fugazee men khaki solid fro... Is out for delivery and is expected to be delivered today by parshuram hake.. I have cancelled an order for Rs.2090.18 and return a defective product for Rs.837 and after passing of 10 days I have not received any refund and not get any valuable information from customer support staffs
Not supportive at all.They denied return and refund even after sending me the wrong product and now I am trying to atleast exchange it but they are delaying it over n over again.Pathetic service and their delivery partener even worst
