Myntra.com — Order placed amount debited & decline by myntra.com | |||||
Dear concern, I have order four product on 2nd july wit the order #[protected] after spending so many hours on Myntra Mobile App. The order has been successfully placed & my account has been debited but after some day i got a massage the my order has been declined with no reason given by Myntra Customer care people. I got one msg on 4th july'16 on my ph that the have regrate that they could not processed my oreder & providing me 400rs coupon on 1000 Rs sales. which never received also ( false commitment again). I want same order to be delivered to me i have invested my valuable time on Myntra now they have debited my amount gave me order successfully placement pop up on app which i took a screen shot which is attached below. i want the same order which i have placed.. i do not want refund.
