Myntra.com — order sent back without any calls

My order was supposed to be delivered by 3rd jan, still not received nor did i get any call about the order and now it's sayong that your order has been. Sent back to origin, i mean wtf, send my order back or refund my money! Also there is no service on the app to note this issue, what am j supposed to do when my order has been sent back!??
