I had placed multiple orders at a time through app. I was supposed receive total of seven items on the day (3rd September 3021). Instead I received 4 items that day but in the app i got the message all seven items delivered. I have left complain with the myntra customer support on call. Through app. Through mails. But there's no positive response I received.
I have explained to your customer care team several times that I have not received any of the three items which are showing as delivered on 3 Sep. List o[censored]ndelivered item are as follows
1. Levis Men Black & Maroon Polo Collar T-shirt, size M
2. Here & Now Classique Black Embroidered Kurta Set, size M
3. Levis Men Blue 511 slim fit mid rise Clean look stretchable jeans, size 32
The matter has been hanging for last 19 days and I have not received any positive response from their side, I would like to mention here that it is very disheartening to be treated in such a manner.
