Myntra.com — order status delivered but I didn't receive the order.

The order status was marked as "delivered" on 4th july, but i haven't received it. I've been trying to contact myntra multiple times but they do not let me contact one of their members. These guys didn't even contact me. They say something related to the sale which is really annoying and unhelpful. I haven't received one t-shirt and one jeans that i ordered. I placed an exchange request of this product on 15th June, the promised date of delivery was 27 then it changed to 30th June, but I have not received the order yet, the status is saying packed, which means that product is not even shipped yet.

I didn't get my instant cash back for my recent orders.please give me the cash back for same. It's very bad openion for me. Customer satisfaction is very important. I thought myntra very good to get products and payments. I am very dissatisfied.
